SPE YP Mentoring Program Meet-Up event

On January 16th SPE YP Mentoring Program kicked-off with a meet-up event organized at Petrom City in Bucharest.
This program gives both SPE Professionals and Young Professionals a way to contribute to the E&P industry by sharing business insights and practical career advice students from the 3 SPE Student Chapters present in Romania.
The SPE Students Chapters members (bachelor – 3rd and 4th year of study – or master students) can learn from an industry expert some tips about industry trends, professional experience, recommendations for additional education or development, resume writing or academic guidance.
For the third edition of the SPE YP Mentoring Program 26 students from SPE SC from University of Bucharest, Gas-Petroleum University of Ploiesti and Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, 10 young professional from OMV Petrom, Schlumberger and SNGN Romgaz, and 3 experienced professionals from OMV, OMV Petrom and Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiesti accepted the SPE YP Committee invitation to this program.
The mentoring program commitment is planned for 6 months, during which the 26 teams will aim to develop professional skills and reach their goals.
