SPE Romanian Section announce the next event dedicated to Young Professional SPE members:
“Project Management for Oil and Gas Industry” by Rodica Sasu.
The challenges from oil and gas projects require a world system approach for integrating and managing technical, managerial and resources aspects.
Project management tools and techniques represents an excellent basis for integrating various disciplines and can help mitigate these challenges.
This workshop will address Production Operations through a PM Scenario covering four knowledge areas: Planning, Risk Management, Stakeholders , Monitoring and Control.
 | Rodica Sasu has a MSc in Geology and Geophysics and MBA, together with 30 + years’ experience in upstream petroleum industry. Her experience covered seismic acquisition and interpretation working for services company: Prospectiuni SA and Landmark Graphics as contractor. For last 18 years she has been working with Schlumberger where she had done software support, operations and project management .Rodica had worked as Project Manager being involved in several IT projects and production management projects for more than 10 years. She is certified by the Project management Institute as Project Management Professional. Currently, her role is Executive Account Manager for East Europe. Rodica has been member of SPE Romania chapter since 2010. |
