SPE Romanian Section General Assembly 2018

Dear SPE Romanian Section Members,
Wednesday on June 13th 2018, between 13.00-15:00 in Black Sea Room, Petrom City, Bucharest will take place the the General Assembly of the SPE Romanian Section and the election of the new SPE Romanian Section Chairperson and Committee.
The event will consist of:
- Activity Report of the SPE Romanian Section during 2017-2018, including the events of our Student Chapters;
• Discussion about activity report and approvals;
• Committee election for the SPE Romanian Section 2018-2019.
At the General Assembly can participate only paid SPE Romanian Section Members.
One member can be represented by mandate and one member who participates to General Assembly can have maximum 5 mandates.
The ones who cannot participate, please fill-in a mandate and give it to a colleague who will participate, so we can achieve the quorum for the General Assembly of SPE Romanian Section.
