Bio
Popescu Ioana is a chemical engineer with seven years of experience in oil and gas and more precisely in drilling fluids. She graduated from the University of Bucharest and continued her studies at the University of Oil and Gas Ploiesti where she got her master degree in Petro-chemistry. She now is working on her PhD in Chemistry, Corrosion in Oil and Gas at the University of Oil and Gas Ploiesti.
In her professional activity, she was part of various technical events and programs where she presented different technical topics of her expertise but also was trained in communication skills and is also a trainer within her company.

Abstract
Writing or communicating a technical subject of any kind requires rules that are specific to this purpose.
Writing a technical paper and why not presenting a technical subject are very important for one’s professional development and the success of it implies a set of simple rules, tips and tricks and the willingness to succeed!
This presentation gives an insight to the “core” for writing a successful technical presentation.
