The Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiesti SPE Student Chapter is the first one of its kind made for petroleum engineering students in our country. It is entirely led by students, with the support and encouragement of the SPE Romanian Section and the Petroleum-Gas Engineering University of Ploiesti.
The chapter is designed to be a support platform and information point for students and young professionals in the petroleum industry who want to benefit from SPE activities. The main idea is to bring more and more people together who are learning and working hard for the same goal: delivering energy to the world to sustain its vital activities.
As for us, the students, it is a great chance to grow our knowledge in terms of technology and build relationships with people who might be our colleagues in the field or in the research centers in the near future.
Throughout our activities, we are a voice of the industry's youth, regardless of the challenges that the oil barrel faces. We thank everyone contributing to the chapter's development and all volunteers who, through their dedication, are a beautiful inspiration to all the students.
